1. What size should I order if I am not sure my size?
Please see size chart. If you still not sure please measure your feet and contact us for recommendation.
2. Will I get completely the same UGG boots with the pictures shows on your website?
We promise to send you the exact boots you order on the website.
3. Do you have a secure server? Am I safe submitting my private information to you over the Internet?
We want you to feel safe and secure while visiting UggMania.net. You can feel confident making purchases. To ensure that your credit card information is even more secure, we use secure transmission when you give us your credit card and other sensitive information. We store it on a server that isn't accessible on the Internet. Once we store that information, it cannot be displayed anywhere on our website.
4. Do you charge for shipping and sales tax? And do I have to pay the customs duty?
No. We promise free delivery and we package them in much understated boxes so you will not incur any tax or extra charge except the price of the boots.
5. Are all your items in stock?
Yes, but occasionally the stock levels might reduce due to demand. If for any reason an Item is still displayed and you pay, then we will contact you as quickly as possible and refund your money.
6. How long before I can expect to get my shoes? And how do I track my order?
Our usual shipping time is 5-7 days (free delivery). And we can also provide other faster shipping service if you would like to pay the extra fee. We will email you the tracking number and website after sending out the parcel. Our customer service will also update the tracking details for you timely.
7. What if I am not available on my delivery date?
After two failed delivery, your parcel will be return to your local sorting office for an automatic delivery, or an arrangement made by yourself. A delivery card should have been left.
